Have a Southern California property under contract, or a buyer ready to go? Let's put it together. We split the work, split the spread, and put it all in writing first.

How we work together

  1. Send me the deal

    The address, your contract price and terms, and what you know about condition and access. Or tell me about your buyer.

  2. We agree in writing

    Before anything goes out, we sign a simple JV agreement that spells out who does what and how the spread is split.

  3. I market it to my buyers

    I take it to my SoCal buyers list and help put it in front of the right people.

  4. We close and split

    When it closes, we each get paid exactly the way our agreement says. Clean and simple.
